Early voting is currently underway in Ohio on a proposed constitutional amendment to legalize unlimited abortion. That issue before voters is called Issue 1 and a “yes” vote approves the measure.
Amy Natoce of Protect Women Ohio says the ACLU is spending “unlimited” amounts of money on deceptive political ads that urge voters to vote “yes” on Issue 1.
“And we know they're going to continue to do so all the way through November 7,” she says, referring to Election Day.
In particular, the abortion-loving ACLU is promoting Issue 1 because it opposes parental notice and consent for minors.
