Conservative leader encourages UPenn parents to loudly support Trump

A Pennsylvania conservative leader is praising the Trump administration for taking a tough stance against the University of Pennsylvania because of possible Title IX violations.

Breitbart News reports the Trump administration is withholding $175 million dollars in federal funds pending the outcome of the investigation.

Diane Gramley of American Family Association of Pennsylvania thinks this should have come about sooner.

“The Biden administration would not even venture into or consider removing federal funding from schools that allow men in women's sports. But it's definitely the right move for President Trump, and Congress needs to pass a law not just be dependent upon President Trump's executive order, the law needs to be passed for President Trump to sign."

In addition, the Department of Education is directly investigating San Jose State University, and the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association for suspected Title IX violations.

UPenn emerged at the forefront of the transgender athlete debate in 2022, when male swimmer Will Thomas (above, right) decided to identify as a woman and joined the women's team.

Thomas won the NCAA’s women’s national championship in the 500-yard freestyle in 2022.

He received one year of testosterone suppression therapy before joining the UPenn women’s team, Aixos reported.

"I think it'd be a great idea if parents who have daughters attending the University of Pennsylvania would speak up in support of President Trump and let the school know of their support."
