BRAVE Books, which provides wholesome content for kids, has added Mark Hancock's "Too Much Tubular" to its collection.
"Tubular is the social media instrument in Frenzy Park, which is the world where the BRAVE Books take place on Freedom Island," author and Trail Life USA CEO Mark Hancock details about the book. "All the residents of Frenzy Park are distracted by Tubular, constantly spitting out photographs and social media sort of messages."
He laments that kids in real life are increasingly attached to devices.
"It has such an impact on them emotionally, spiritually, physically, brain rewiring -- all sorts of things," Hancock notes. "We're just really concerned about kids today and the amount of time that they spend on their digital devices."
"Too Much Tubular," he says, is a great story that parents can read with their kids and a tool to help them address the dangers in sort of a comical way.
The book is due for release on December 4.
