Arthur Schaper of MassResistance says members of the Republican Women Federated in Escondido, California have elected Gina Roberts as their chapter's president. The problem is Roberts is a biological male and is now threatening to take legal action if the group does not make him feel comfortable as a female.
"This is not just an affront to biological fact. This is not just morally reprehensible," Schaper asserts. "On its very basis, it violates the bylaws of the California Republican Women Federated, and it violates the whole purpose of that Republican Women Federated group."
The objectives of this club, in affiliation with the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW), California Federation of Republican Women (CFRW), CFRW Southern Division, and San Diego County Federation of Republican Women (SDCFRW), are to ensure that conservative Republican women have access and opportunity to run for public office and promote Republican values. But a gender-confused man now holds the chapter's top office.
"I am happy to report here are activists within the California Republican Women Federated that have started to make serious noise about this," Schaper reports. "Men should not be taking women's places in women's organizations. It's just unconscionable."
He says that is especially true in light of the move in some states to keep men from competing in women's sports.
